What are the main equipment and characteristics of plastic drum production?

The equipment of extruder and die is basically the same as that of common extrusion-blow method; the tube-shaped billet extruded by extruder is disposed and installed, and the tube-shaped billet is made by stopping cutting, fusing at the bottom and neck processing after installation; the oven, heating sleeve and heating channel are installed for billet heating installation, and the heating mode can be electric heating or infrared heating. However, the heating installation should be able to adjust the temperature and balance the heating, so as to minimize the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the billet.
There are two kinds of tension fixture and mandrel. The drawing mandrel is inserted from the upper part of the billet. Under the action of hydraulic pressure, the drawing mandrel is held against the bottom of the billet, and the longitudinal drawing is stopped. Then the air holes on the mandrel are blown by compressed air and the radial drawing is stopped. Most stretching moulding uses this kind of stretching installation; the stretching fixture of the stretching fixture clamps from outside to both ends of the tubular billet, stops the longitudinal stretching under the action of hydraulic pressure, and then blows to stop the radial stretching. The neck and bottom have the need to trim the flying edge. The flying edge can be recycled by crushing.
