1. The selection of parting surface is reasonable. In order to get the condensate of the product and the pouring system out of the mould, the parting surface of the mould must be set. 2. Proper selection of drawing slope. In order to make it easy for the forming part to come out of the cavity, the drawing slope is necessary. The gradient depends on the shape of the product, the type of plastic, the structure of the die, the surface accuracy and the direction of processing. In general situations, the appropriate slope is about 30'~1 30'. There is no precise formula for calculating the slope of die drawing. In most cases, according to the empirical value, the larger demoulding slope is taken without obstructing production.
